LAI WAI SHING, WILSON - MANAGING PARTNER
LL.B (Hons) (UWE, Bristol), Barrister-at-law (Lincoln's Inn)

Wilson Lai holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from University of West England, Bristol. He was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London in March 2006. He was called to the Sabah Bar in September 2007 after completing his chambering in Messrs. Jayasuriya Kah & Co. 

 

He is known for his practice in civil litigation with a rich background and experience in corporate and commercial disputes, building and construction disputes. He specialises in debt recovery, bankruptcy, insolvency and receivership, family law and also has experience in maritime and admiralty law, insurance law and election law.

Felicia Hee holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from University of West England, Bristol. She was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn, London in November 2004. She was called to the Sabah Bar in March 2006 after completing her chambering in Messrs. Jayasuriya Kah & Co. 

 

She is known for her practice in conveyancing with a rich background and experience in property conveyancing, banking documentation and securities documents including and not limiting to housing loan, term loan, overdraft facilities, letter of credit, bank guarantee, trust receipt, banker's acceptance, shipping guarantee and etc.

Yeo Wen holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from University of Northumbria. She was called to the Malaya Bar in May 2019, and the Sarawak Bar in February 2020. She was called to the Sabah Bar in May 2024 after completing her chambering in Messrs. LAI & U

She is known for her practice in conveyancing with background and experience in banking documentation and securities documents and general civil litigation.
